    yes, hopefully by the end of the month. This has got to be the worst update since 2003. They clearly missed the boat by trying to combat spam. Low quality sites are now ranked and a lot of respectable sites are getting hit hard.

    I wanted to do a simliar poll but I didn't know how to setup polls on here.

    I do not think it will rollback as they've now said they've tested it and its a "success".

    But for a long time I thought they would...

    sorry to be the man of negative news.

    But I do feel they will maybe tweak it a bit and maybe help everyone out. Hoping that at least.

    No I don't think so.

    I think they will be modifying the algorithm based on the data, but Google has made it clear they want to "level the playing field".

    Google somewhat did this by cleaning up those sites that were blatantly abusing SEO, and in turn gaming their search results.

    Sure the algo pushed up a lot of crap, but so did the Panda update when it first rolled out...

    I think there will be no rollbacks that will happen but rather a follow-up of better changes. If google committed a mistake with the penguin update, they are not going to do a rollback but rather correct the mistake. Black hat SEOers should really be punished though.

    Nope. Google has publicly stated that they are happy with its results. There will be no rollback.
