unique visitors vanished

My website is 6 months old and I have built my unique visits up to 12 per day as of the middle of April. The third week of April my UV went to 0 zero and the only change I made to my site was I took out my Aweber opt-in boxes. Does anyone have a clue why my unique visits went away?

    It seems to me that your site has been affected by Google recent penguin update. Check your site SERPs on your targeted keywords to confirm that.

    I realize 12 uv is not very many but the point is that i am getting no uv anymore. I am new can The Programmer please tell me what my sites SERPs are and how i can look this up? Thank you.

      Check your SERP by typing your keywords into Google. Where are you on the Results Page? Where were you before you lost your UVs?

      Since you said you lost them late April, I'm guessing you got slapped by Google Penguin and have fallen back in the SERPS. If no one can find your site anymore, you won't get many visitors.

      It is due to the Google penguin update which has been released recently. Google has penalized that websites which has not optimized according to search engine guidelines.
