Tables in Wordpress???

There is no command to put a table in WordPress, unless I am more blind than I thought. I tried to put the HTML code in the HTML tab, but it didn't work. Maybe I did it wrong though, I am just not sure.

Have you ever used tables in Wordpress? Do you know how to use a table in Wordpress? Can someone share with me how to do a table in Wordpress to format the page and segregate images and text. Otherwise I am going to have to use DreamWeaver to build HTML pages.

DreamWeaver may be the best option as I am going to have to use scripts for the visitor to communicate various information with me. I am just not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Just follow this link my friend. Or you can use dreamweaver and after finished, just copy paste the table into Wordpress.

Basic table

<table border="1">
<tr>
<td>Hi</td>
<td align="right">There</td>
</tr>
</table>

To test, Bing search "html test".
You can add and remove "<td></td>" "<tr></tr>"

Paste in html section of post/page
Go to W3Schools Online Web Tutorials to learn how to style it.

While you could add the raw HTML as per some of the suggestions, I personally think it easier to use a plugin like WP Table Reloaded.

That's what I use on my sites and I like it because it's easy to add and edit data without messing with raw HTML.

I figured out what my problem was. I didn't have the code right last time. I don't know what I did wrong, but when I put it in as outlined here, it works fine.
