Guest Blog Posting Questions-Please Help!

I have an insurance agency website that I need to get links to and wondered what the best way to guest post is? Are there sercvices out there that you can offer up an article and then let people use it in exchange for a link or 2? I would write quality information and then want to limit it to a max of 4 or 5 posts per article, then rinse and repeat. The problem I can't seem to solve is finding quality sites that aren't spammed with garbage content that I can post on. Any help is very appreciated!
