1. Create quality content;
2. Submit your blog to directories related;
3. Submit new content to the blog Social bookmarks;

Just use one way link building technique and build backlinks.Use directories,article,forums,blogs,RSS Feed sites,blog commenting,social networking and Press releases.But keep in mind only quality backlinks can help you to generate some exposure for your website.
