Custom simple semi-original wordpress themes for niche sites

I'm looking to make a bunch of niche sites and I'm outsourcing all of it. I have everything under control except the word press themes. I'm not a fan of the cookie cutter themes that most all niche sites are sporting these days and I'm looking to get some custom themes made. Nothing fancy, but it would be nice if the themes were somewhat related to the content. Maybe a photo in the header or what-not, maybe a little logo work.

Is there a service out there that I could throw a list of niche topics and and I get back some simple custom and decent looking themes for say around $20-$30 each?

    There so many theme that can be used, flexsquezee is one example, you can make any page with custom template, like adding header by your own image, it versy simple, just upload your image into media, then copy the url image, then go to the cpanel theme and paste the url.
