Adsense on Noindex Pages?

I'd like to noindex a couple of my pages that have backlink issues to hopefully stem some of the Penguin infection that hit my site.

However, I have ads on those pages. Is this allowed according to Google's Adsense rules? I've looked for an answer on Google's site, but there doesn't seem to be one.

    You do not have to put adsense on all of your pages if you do not want too.

    On the other hand, you don't have to use Google traffic to earn money with Adsense.

    As far as I know it's ok by the TOS but you might find the ads aren't relevant for visitors if the page content isn't crawled.
