Meta Title on SERP page

I am doing SEO for Games website. Recently I have changed my Meta title for On page Optimization. But When i check on SERP, Google shows me old Meta Title. It did change for 2 months. It spoils my Ranking position. How will i change Meta title on google. How do i tell to google which is my meta Title?

    If you do not want to wait for google to crawl your site than add your site again with google & do some more link exchange to attract other Search Engines too
