What is better? keyword/keyword.php or keyword.php

Hi,

Im really wondering, most of the times I have a EMD, or at least part of my keywords in my domain. But this time I have not.

Now I wonder, I have for example 10 posts. I only have one category.

What is is better:

www.notkeyword.com/keyword1.php
www.notkeyword.com/keyword2.php
www.notkeyword.com/keyword3.php
...

or

www.notkeyword.com/keyword1/keyword1.php
www.notkeyword.com/keyword2/keyword2.php
www.notkeyword.com/keyword3/keyword3.php

I will only backlink to the main domain.

Im thinking one, because most of the times when I analyze SERPs, somehow it seems, the more directories are behind the domain, like /../../.. I seems those are ranking lower. Which gives me the feeling G doesn't like it.

Sometimes, Im just wondering, people claim to earn 10.000$ dollars, and when you ask a simple question. You would expect, people would just easily give the answer, but its to hard?

IMO out of these "notkeyword.com/keyword1.php" is favorable due to less deepness in directory structure (i.e. /)

It depends on your business but generally you have to choose first option
www.notekeyword.com/keyword1.php for main page.
But if you want to use for inner pages then it should be like this;
www.notekeyword.com/keyword1/keyword2.php or
www.notekeyword.com/category/subcategory.php
