How the pagerank can differ?

Hello all,

My website is about document scanning and the PageRank for my site is 2.

If I check my site with /index.php (mysite.com/index.php) it is showing PR 1.

I haven't seen like this ever before.

Waiting for your suggestions.

are all different URL's that can point to the same page, but can have different PR
