    You don't have to pay anyone, just submit the sitemap of your site on Google Webmaster tools and start building some links and then Google will start indexed it, it's just a matter of time...

    Yes it was an issue with some plugins causing conflicts on the site, should be OK now, the site has been caught up in some spamming in the past and there is a possibility Google have banned the domain as there are reconsideration requests in your GWT account, but they are crawling it which is a good sign, they will usually stop doing this if they don't like you so just wait abit and report back tomorrow after they crawl my bookmarks.
