Tips for finding niche keywords

Hiya. I'm sure im not the only one. But I find the toughest part of this mns development the identifying of the niche keywords to go for. If possible I like a group of 4/5 then I can have 4/5 articles for my posts written around them.

If I find one with low soc it 9 out of 10 times has the emd taken which isn't the end of the world.

So I'm just reaching out to see what tips or hints anyone can throw out there when looking for some inspiration of topics and subject areas to go for.

    First have a niche, 2nd use article sites and find the top topics related to the niche, develop good content and then optimize. To find a niche play yellow page roulette. I'm a big believer in reoccurring income, selling leads to ????You own the site, address and phone= 100% control. Then take the same model and sell it to other businesses in the same industry in different markets. Example. Developing leads for monkey trainers in Denver, once it works then duplicate for Dallas, Atlanta etc. If you charge $300 a month you only need 50 sites to make $15K a month. Hope this helps.
