    My advice to you would be to not post on forums just for the backlinks, they are just useless for SEO, instead try to post frequently and start building your reputation after some posts most forums allow to add links in you signature but use these links for traffic not SEO...

    Leave those and find others. You will find many. Stop wasting too much time in a forum where you can't use sig or bbcode.

    Getting search engines benefits or improving quality of traffic whatever you need, your first target should be to post quality and useful things. If your posts or comments do not look good or useful, you hardly can get benefit using them. It's now quite hard to convince Google to provide you rank only after using links in your profile signature. Try to provide something good on regular basis.

      There are a few places you can check to see if you are set on getting forum links:

      • signature
      • some profiles allow you to leave a comment on profiles.
      • some profiles will have a field for url/website
      • some forums allow you to write articles or start a blog on their sites
