does ctr theme violate adsense rules?

CTR theme has its navigation menu's the same font, text size and colour as the adsense adverts that appear on your page. I read this was against adsense toc, I implement my own custom css to make the difference clear.

Just thought I'd voice this incase anyone else uses ctr theme and hadn't noticed. I'm not sure if this does violate the adsense rules though cause this theme is design for adsense so it would seem odd if it did.

Can anyone confirm either way? Thanks

    I think i can remember that it WASN'T against the rules, but i decided to drop that theme ages ago, so i personally not sure. I'm sure someone will come along and have the answer to that though.

    I have been using adsense pro ultimate ctr wordpress for quite some time on most of my sites and so i don't think ctr themes violates adsense rules...

    infact i now make over $250 / day using ctr themes alone...

      You don't THINK it violates AdSense rules? For $250/day I'd be making sure it didn't.

    The main problem with CTR-theme is the push down images (remove them, IMO).

    Nav. links can be the same color as Ad text, just make sure you separate the two (make it obvious they are not the same things (Nav. links & Ad links)). Add a simple horizontal/vertical line & some space between them.
