Suggestions for SEO services

I was wondering if anyone out there can recommend a service on sites like Guru, Elance, Odesk, Freelancer ect. that has had success post pengiun. Services that provide decent press releases, niche related directory submissions, guest blogging, niche related web 2.0 ect. Someone who can blend full anchor text and partial anchor text to get the right results since thats what google seems to be wanting. It seems daunting to weed thru the proposals you get when you post jobs on those sites sometimes. Hoping someone out there has had some good results and can share thier suggestions.

    Very soon I will offer PRweb.com pressreleases that normally cost $369,-, yeah the Premium one. The deal is almost round, only have to sign the paper, send it back and the deal is round.

    I'll probably sell it somewhere below $100,- so keep an eye on my signature link I would say.

      How are you handling the anchor texts? Do you use exact or partial or both?

        In the pressreleases? There is room for 1 link per 100 words so I divide it like this:

        1* Company name
        1* Url (www.site.com)
        1* Anchor txt for example: Plumber in Salt Lake City, CA
        1* Anchor txt for example: Salt Lake City Plumbers

      Care to elaborate on the review some Fiverr user left based on the link in your signature?

      eh well it is a page rank 6, but it has 0 seomoz authority and I couldnt find any incoming links. Thumbs up for being a pr 6 but seemingly little value. I wouldnt buy again.
