One Simple Question About Adsense

Hi Friends, i m new here,

I want to ask a simple question about adsense.
i heard many times that Google doesn't allow linking copyright material websites like movie streaming, software downloads , and online TV links.
but my question is that if i link a website which do not host any copyright material or anything illegal but link on that websites, now what is google policy about this.
for example.(i know u all understand but for my satisfaction)
i have two blogs one links to copyright material websites for movies, music, softwares etc but another blog which only links to that blog can put adsense on it.

    Hi GodMode52 sir i dont add my feelings into my comments actually i also cant speak english fluently but i dont know why my question is answered for 3 days i think it is a simple question but maybe it is not opened by them who know its answer and finally i think it should be deleted. and i m sorry if u get me wrong i know u said right but my intension's are not that u think.
