MS - Would this be a good 'first' start?

This is what I'm aiming at right now... I've checked the websites for the keyword I'm using and I've checked the websites that rank on the page #1 of google and the keyword I'm using doesn't exactly appear as the keyword (It appears mostly in the articles I've seen).

Most of the websites are either selling sites like ebay WITHOUT the keyword in the title but only mentioned partially in the . Not sure how they got to the top page.

My article will have the keyword as the title of course only with the description telling about what my site is. Would that help?

Could I make it to #1?

Yeah I see no reason why you couldn't get to the top of that search in less than a month

From what we see right here it looks pretty untapped

  Thanks and I confirmed by searching through the sites that its just a product selling something but not exactly related to what my keyword is.
  
  Example: My keyword is 'work out'
  
  In the exact search I saw if you were #1 you would get around a few clicks a day (I also used google analytics).
  
  The sites I would compete against have the word 'work out' in the title however, as for the specific keyword of 'work out' not working out, its not there. They have like 'work out for beginners' or 'work out now' or 'working out for beginners' but they don't have just specifically 'work out'. I want to chose this because even if its exact search I still bring in clicks a day.
  
  the exact keyword of 'work out' is only mentioned maybe 2-3 times per site (1 site has it like 20 times)

  Would I be able to take it if I used work out as the main title and in the description I would be like 'How to work out' and in the body of the content I would talk about 'working out is great.' I say this because the keyword I'm using is 2 words so I can't use it for itself (I think)
