Need suggestion on Rank Tracker ! facing problems

I bought this Rank Tracker 2 months ago.
Before it show approx good results.
But now its really crap ones. not showing
the correct results. If the site on 2ndpage
it shows #2 or #3 etc :confused:
Can any one suggest me how to overcome
from this situation. :confused:
