I have been doing some keyword research for the topic of accommodation in my area. The words are only $0.10 - lot's of them are people looking for a place to stay at the city. I see every single accommodation (hotels and apartments) are bidding for the local language but they don't see that the foreign people don't know our language so the percentage of click is low while the number of searches a month is high.
I was thinking of creating a opt-in page for those who are looking for a place to stay and offer a deal locally to hotels and apartments searching for visitors. This way I will know how much people I drive through my PPC campaing.
My main question is how much visitors can I expect and how well will they convert?
Is this a silly idea?
