How many backlinks to Web 2.0 Layer 1 properties

Hello,
Many says to spin and many says not to spin to have quality web 2.0 properties created at Layer 1.
I decided to not to spin content at Layer 1

How i am working right now?
Money Site < Links from Layer 1 Web 2.0 properties with all unique fresh articles no spin no copy paste articles and then posting 100-200 backlinks from bookmarking sites and web 2.0 profiles as of now.

My queries are as follows:
1. How many links per day shall be safe to Layer 1 sites post penguin world.

2. I am making web 2.0 profiles 100 links and all 40 top bookmark sites bookmarks only as of now shall i do 1000s of pligg links as well to those web 2.0 properties or not required ? My mean is this safe to post forums profiles links and pligg sites sort of links to those layer 1 properties or for that we shall create another layer 2 to be created which can hold those garbage links...

3. Layer 1 can be ok for us to have fresh unique content but layer 2 do you recommend with spin content?

So far i am not making layer 2 and posting only 100-200 good web 2.0 profile sites links and bookmarks, facebook likes and digg votes to my web 2.0 properties to all of my layer 1 properties.

I am worried since i heard post penguin garbage links no more works

I will wait for suggestions...

    Is this good idea to use automation tools such as Magic Submitter, Synnd but with lower submission rate per day ?

    I donot think that getting theme based or authority sites is practically good idea with web 2.0 properties as that is something which anybody will like to deal with money site itself.

    Will you please explain few ways to get backlinks to layer 1 properties on safer side?

    I need idea how we can have backlinks to layer 1 web 2.0 properties with safer plan after penguin update. As of now i am following

    Few 100-200 bookmarks, 100-140 web 2.0 high pr profile links, 20-50 tweets, 40-50 facebook likes, 50-100 digg/reditt/strumbleupon social news votes.

    Do you think my this plan is fair good enough to proceed with ?

    As of now i donot need spin articles for submission until anyone recommend wiki links, mass article submission for layer 1 web 2.0 properties.

    I will wait for reply from warriors.

    You can build any kind of links to tier 1, blog comments, wiki, social bookmarks and article submissions. They all work.

    Personally i am not using profile links, they does not seem to work now.

      Yes, you can use spun article to build links to your tier 1. You can either manually spin or hire someone else to do it. Just make sure it reads well.

    A think a 2-3 of Layers in Web 2.0 is already pretty good already. Just add link 10-20x PR3-PR5 Backlinks or so.

    That should hopefully pass enough linkjuice to your moneysites.

      What i understood is you are saying that instead of 1 Layer we shall have 2-3 Layers and on 2nd Layer we shall have 10-20 high PR web 2.0 properties with readable manual spun content is this ?

    Rather than trying to build quick links from these properties, try getting involved in them and not looking like a total spammer. Add friends, like, tweet, etc. -- just at least act like you're involved in some way. When it comes to content, make sure that it's all unique and as high quality as possible.

    As for links pointing to those properties, do your best not to overdo it. If you're building decent quality and getting involved in those communities, those tier 1 properties will be adding plenty.
