These are:
Customer communication;
Brand exposure;
Traffic generation;
SEO.
You'll note that none of them rate as being "good" for all four criteria.
Twitter and facebook are "good" for the first three criteria, but only "ok" for SEO.
Google+ is "good" for everything except genrating traffic, which it's only "ok". The same for YouTube.
Other sites such as Digg, Pinterest and LinkedIn rate worse overall than the above sites.
