I see lots of Warriors struggling with this.
When you do your keyword research make sure you have the resources and experience to get into the top 3 positions otherwise you will see very little traffic. It's better to choose a smaller keyword that you can get into position 1/2/3 than it is to chase a big keyword where you can only just make page 1.
SEO services that promise page 1 rankings will not gain you much traffic at all. A top 3 position is required. In addition there is a lot less competition for the smaller keywords - just compensate by ranking for more of them
