Does anyone know any article directories like Goarticles that have near-instant approval or any directories in general that approve articles easily?

You can use the following sites to have approved articles easily

amazines.com
amazines.com
articlesbase.com
sooperarticles.com
As submit articles on these sites, you have to check after one or two days to have approved articles.

You can use Oxenoxen Internet Web Directory. My link got approved in 3 to 4 days.You get a mail when link is approved
