Question About Signing up for Adsense

Hello,

I already signed up for an Adsense account by just using a blank Info Barrel page. That was a while back, and I never used it. Now I have my own info site that I want to place Adsense ads on. Should I reapply with Google, or just use my old Info Barrel account? I want to be in Google's good graces... Thanks!

Dan

You're only supposed to have one Adsense account and having more than one open can get you kicked out of Adsense for good.

I would use the account you setup previously and update any information that is out of date.

Use the old Adsense account, it should be connected to a regular Google account.

If you are signing up with same IP address then you should consider using the same old account because you are not supposed to use more than 1 account. Anyways, i guess the same old account can be very well be used for other sites as well.

Just use the old account like everyone's suggested already. Google is VERY good at connecting people to their accounts, so if you try to and make a new account, even if you succeed, the odds that you actually receive payment after that 60 day initial waiting period is pretty close to 0.

Gotcha, I was just asking in case Google gets mad at me using the Adsense account for a website other than what I originally said it would be used for...if that makes sense.
