What do you think should we use H1 Title after Pinguine?

For example, the primary keyword is Buy viagra Online
Should we start website with
<h1 >Buy viagra Online</ h1>

?

    Yes, H1 Titles are very important for on-page SEO. If your keyword isn't a natural title then including it as part of the h1 title is fine too. Like if you had "buy cellphones" as your keyword then your title could be:

    "Where to buy cellphones" or whatever, that will also work.

    Yes, h1 tags are still recommended. Keep it to one on a page, and make sure the keywords fit in while sounding natural.
