Find a blogger domain with a good amount of searches and cpc with low competition - start a blog and write 10 posts a day. You will see it ranks and earns quite quickly.

You can get a free blogger domain, but it shouldnt be too difficult to save 12$ for a domain name. Domains that you buy yourself generally rank better than subdomains like example.blogspot.com . You will need to post content for a long time before you net any results.

Try to offers writing service to get some money and use that money to build your IM business

for IM you just need time and patience, not money.
if you have money you can accelerate the overall procedure not more than that.

create a blog & promote it with quality back links ...you can take the ppc ads with the help of your blog..

Real simple:

1: Start a free blog
2: Find a product to promote on that blog, for example weightloss or IM thing
3: Start to post on forums with your signature link pointing to your free blog
4: Make money on sales

Need more money? Do the same but create your own product and sell that.

Make sure you post on relevant forum, makes no sense to promote a weightloss product at the WF, although it might, all those computer guys getting fat behind their pc

Classifed ads are also a good way to make money btw. You don't always have to rank in Google to make money online.

Another way is to comment spam existing youtube video's with a huge amount of views (popular songs). Then use proxys and multiple accounts to thumb up your comment so it shows up high and gets a lot of visibility, make sure you post something controversial or a real fake story that the cat of your little sister died and that your fundraising for a new one

A real classic one (cause everyone is always bitching at each other in the comments at Youtube) is to say something like: Oh why are you all fighting, start to do something usefull like me, I just made $300 in a few hours while you were still nitpicking on each other. THen send them to some opt-in page and then spam them with offers, (I see this happening a lot at Youtube btw so I guess it works, haven't tried it though).

I wouldn't start with a website.

You should collect some money for starting, internet marketing, Money brings money. You can't get much from free blogger domain.

The main cost is the time invested to learn the correct ways to learn SEO and build an established website. Domain you can get for about $5-10, hosting for about $30-50 per year. The rest is manual labour

If you have $.99, you can register a domain at 1and1 (yes, they blow, but they are cheap). You can then deploy a Wordpress blog to Heroku for free using this (github.com/mhoofman/wordpress-heroku).

What do you do for a living, or what did you do? Many good ideas already presented, I would give which ever one you choose 3-6 months of solid effort.

If you have a blue collar type job, maybe create how to videos for youtube for your profession, see if you can get some traffic and add adsense to your videos. Their video ads that play before videos seem to be converting at over 20% conversion rate from what i hear.

You need a few money to register a new domain. If you don't have money then try earning online such as affiliate and etc.

Yes you will need money to start up. It costs about $10 per domain name and you can get pretty cheap hosting around $6-$10 per month. The best thing you could do before starting up anything is organise your current finances, set aside some money for your internet ventures. And then the first thing you need to do is set up a wordpress blog. It must be wordpress. If you need any help feel free to contact me =)

Well, you don't NEED it but it would be really difficult without money. You can earn some quick cash writing articles on iWriter or offering services on Fiverr, and then use it to buy hosting and domain.

You need atleast $20, you can buy a domain from godaddy for even cents if you have a the right coupon.

Buy a domain with the words free, review in it, example: "reviewsareus.com" then create as many subdomains as you want. (and don't build many links to you domain, but focus only on you subdomains targeting difference niches)

You will also need a hosting, I suggest x10hosting until you have money to start paying for your hosting then I strong suggest x10premimum.com....

There are several freelancer sites and micro employment sites. Give some services and earn extra money.

I am actually working on building a new company starting with no money what-so-ever. The goal is to go from $1 to $100 using the blog and then after I make $100 I am going to expand. It will be fun I am giving myself a 6 month run to get up to $100. If you want to see it pm me and I will link you to the new blog. It sadly hasn't ranked in Google yet, but for some strange reason I am getting traffic from Google News... Anything is possible it just depends on how diligent you are about it.

Before you start making any decent money from Adsense or CPA, you'll need to have a lot of content and a lot of traffic on your blog or website. You can possibly use a free blog or a free website, but it will take quite some time.

I'm in the same leaky boat as the OP. I'm looking to make money from a domain that's not my own. I may make a bit but probably very little with my first site. I made the mistake of not promoting a particular product but rather my comic writing ability -- or lack thereof. Thus far my Adsense ads have garnered me zero earnings but I'm having fun with the blog, and the number of kind folks subscribing to my feed is increasing steadily. What's good about having a site where you want to post as opposed to post just to make money is that you can use it to try out plenty of different things you can apply later to your more profitable sites. If they work, great, but if they don't, you're enjoying yourself anyway.

Now to find a way to get some fast cash with another Blogger blog...
