Some general PPC Ad questions...

Okay, so I had some questions in mind, and forgive my ignorance as I'm not completely in tune with all of the ins and outs of PPC ads, especially when some of the TOS's seem vague and not completely black and white about things (as they tend to be). That said, here are my questions (and not about Adwords, I already got banned from them with no possible reinstatement unfortunately):
1) With Facebook Ads, correct me if I'm wrong, but Clickbank direct linking is not allowed, correct, either by direct link or using a tinyurl link shortener for example? (I do plan on doing a landing page down the line, but just wanted to ask as I wasn't completely sure)
2) With Facebook Ads, are we allowed to use any affiliate links of any kind (that aren't CB)? I signed on with a few companies to be an affiliate with them, but wasn't sure if using their direct link for the products to advertise would cause issues with FB Ads and ban me as well (not trying to have another banned PPC avenue)
3) Are we allowed to promote or do advertising to things like Squidoo lenses, Hubpages, etc. via FB Ads or Microsoft Ads? (I know other ad spots like Adbrite, etc. are flexible with this but wasn't sure how FB or Microsoft was)
I thank you all in advance for your help with these questions. I know Microsoft is very strict in an Adwords type way though not as severe, but I wasn't sure how FB was (I figured they were strict as well) in terms of affiliate links or CB links as the destination URLs.
I looked for their TOS and didn't see anything regarding no affiliate linking, etc., but then, I didn't see that with Google Adwords either and got burnt by it so I'm not trying to make the same mistake twice. I looked online but no one seemed to have a definite answer as some tried and worked, some failed, and the posts I read were older too.
I tried searching here in the forum, but honestly, the search engine here could use a bit of work as I can't ever search by "" or phrases, so I didn't have much luck here either.

I'd rather ask first than to try again and burn yet another possible PPC avenue to test (as I did with Google when testing out a CB link... banned for "repeat violations" even though I only did one test which banned me (after running them for some years for my own websites)... no second chances of course despite my appeals that I didn't repeat offend at all). I appreciate all of your help and insight.
