    I did 1K bookmarks in a single day about over a month ago with 20 different anchor text using automation software and let it go without pinging it took 5 weeks to get indexed about 800 bokmarks, my site move from page 9 to page 1 spot #7 in 5 weeks, as long as you use diversity of anchor and private proxies and let it get indexed naturally you don' have to worry about to get penalized...

      Why the private proxies? Other than you don't want Social Bookmark SITE to close your accounts......Google can't rell right? (Unless your using their Google+1 site I think its called).

    You should use only the best social bookmarking sites, do NOT use any auto tool to get backlinks, use as many different anchor texts (related to your main keyword) as you can

    I do 100 bookmark daily manually. I don't use any software to bookmark my money site.

    Social Bookmarks are extremely powerful but I recommend that you do them Manually and submit to High PR Quality sites. Yes, this is time consuming, but you can outsource it for a few dollars. Check out my sig for a great deal =)
