recovered from Penguin?

Hi, Has anyone here successfully recovered their rankings after being hit by penguin? I have searched through various forums and blogs and have only seen the case of WPMU (detailed on a casestudy on seomoz) having successfully being able to get rid of a penguin penalty. I have been working on a site that has been hit very badly by the latest penguin refresh, I have changed the anchor text of the majority of links from money keywords to brand name, url and randomn keywords. We are waiting on the next refresh to see if the penalty gets lifted. I am curious as to the level of success anyone else has had in regaining rankings. I am it has to be said worried as I have seen very little evidence so far of many webmasters successfully lifting a penguin penalty.

    There's only been one update so there's only been one chance for people to recover. There will probably be more successful reports after the next update.
