What Would This Be Worth?

I took a little time in adsense a few months back and have a site that makes about $1 or $2 a day. What would put a value on a site such as this if it where to be sold?

If I end up keeping it id like to ramp things up a bit but I know your backlinking you have to be rather careful with anymore.

    There are lots of variables such as which niche it is in, whether the income is going up or down, and whether there is anything else with the site that would be worth money, such as a list of subscribers.

    All that said, typically on flippa, for these kind of sites I can sell them all day long for between 8 - 13 times monthly income.

    So if you are making about $60 a month on average a month, depending on how you position your site on flippa then you could be looking at between $480 and $780.

    What is your sites age and how long is the domain registered for?
    What is the PR?
    How many visitors per day/month?
    What niche?

    Agreed with all above. Difficult to say right now. But care to share the site niche and the number of unique visits you get a day?

    But the price will be surely under 800 USD. Nothing more.

    I think its depend upon your website how your website is strong in quality backlinks or other stuff.

    It is hard to get a good price on Flippa for site that is making $1 or $2 a day...

    Probably it would sell for $150 or $200.

    It also depends on the traffic potential of site, f.e. if some buyer sees the traffic may double or triple after ranking higher then it would go for $500 too.

    Still now it is harder to deal with Google and buying sites that rely on Google traffic is risky.
