Hi

I have seen quite alot of sites that are number 1 for their keywords have more than just one page listed,

I have posted a screen shot so it can be explained better

Question is, how do they do it, i find it tends to be on sites that are fairly big with a membership datbase

Thanks in advance

    Hi,
this only happens in the following circumstances:
-1 you are the #1 result for that search term (and for a decent amount of time too)
-2 google is 100% sure that this is the business result which people are looking for - so make sure the site is quality according to google and this will happen for you -
the only reason this shows up like that is because they hold the #1 spot and its the name of the business/website

Ahh i see, so it would be impossible to for a site that is currently number 2 but then gets to number 1 and stays there for a long time, is that correct?

These links are called sitelinks which are chosen by Google automatically depending upon popularity of your pages (Landing Pages are generally shown as sitelinks in SERP).

The mega-sitelinks isn't too difficult to get.

One of my sites with 1,000+ indexed pages has the same type of mega-sitelinks as the OP screenshot. I don't have the search bar at the bottom of the sitelinks, but the rest is the same (with my own links/anchor-text).

I imagine that search bar below the sitelinks is based on that site (in OP) has 182,000 indexed pages in Google SERPs.

    Hello seomachester2011,

to achieve this you need to use markups. Schema.org teaches how to do just that.
