Some Blog Advice Please

So if you have your own website for say ( cleaning services ) and you have a blog tab where you write blogs from time to time to add relevant content as well as internal links to pages your trying to rank, is making your keywords within your blog posts considered spammy now with googles latest updates? I personally have not had any problems but wanted to hear your thoughts on this.

And if so should you just bold the keywords or do nothing at all to highlight them? Is it ok to use them within your headline?

    You can do just about anything you want with internal links within your own website. I don't think it is considered spam by Google or anybody else until you do something to somebody else's website.

    internal links are good way to rank your posts and this is not a spammy trick so don't worry about Google.

    If the links are going to add value to what you're posting, then it's all good. You don't have to fear of becoming spammy. If you're that afraid, you can try using naked links instead of using anchor text. By naked links, I mean you're just going to post the plain link without the html tags: h t t p : / / and so on.
