One of my pages I have been told is in the sandbox or kind of hung up is how I understand it. What exactly does this mean and what causes it?
#page #sandbox

It means Google thinks you did something bad and will not index your page. It is caused by using blackhat SEO tactics and spamming.

I am not agree with you, it is because of duplicate content on the same site.

It is a question that gets posted by forum spammers, often loaded as a series of short questions in a spambot that automatically creates threads, like this one, on popular forums as a placeholder for wave of spam posts to follow.

For any of you real humans that stumble across this thread and really want to know, it is what webmasters "imagine" has happened to their website when they do not have a clue as to why their web pages are not showing in SERPs. It's not real, it is just an imaginary construct often used as an excuse when people think it couldn't possible be as simple as they havent yet earned the higher rankings.

Webmasters believe that websites are blocked by search engines to avoid their rise in search results. Similarly, pages are also believed to get sandboxed or blocked.
Whereas in reality, sandbox is nothing just a myth. So you better make hard efforts to make it rank well.
