Best cloud-based SEO reporting software

My business partner and I work virtually and need to collaborate on SEO projects so we use cloud based applications.
We are testing out Web CEO and SEOmoz to see which one is the best for:
1) Producing monthly SEO reports
2) Uncovering on page SEO site issues
3) Assessing competitor sites for useful information
So far SEOmoz is winning in our assessments but it is very expensive, as we have a lot of monthly SEO clients.
Does anyone have any suggestions on other cloud based SEO software that we should look at?
