Statcounter / Amazon Reports

I just started using Statcounter a couple of weeks ago, so I don't have a lot of experience to go by. I hope someone here can give me some insight.

Yesterday Statcounter showed a click thru to Amazon on one of my small sites, but in the Amazon link tracking reports for yesterday I've just looked at, this site isn't among those receiving clicks. The click thru on Statcounter was registered in the early afternoon.

Should I contact Amazon about this? Or is this more likely to be a Statcounter mistake?

    Why would you bother worrying about if one click was actually registered or not? The most likely thing is that the visitor clicked the link, but immediately shut down the pop up before amazon could load fully.

    Either way, I wouldn't lose sleep over it :-)
