Magic Submitter a bit lost..

Hey Warriors I was wondering if anyone out there that uses Magic Submitter can answer some questions I have. Not sure why I'm having some much trouble rapping my head around this tool. See here is what I dont understand.
1. For starters should I start with bookmarks from the drop down? If so how many bookmarks sites should I submit to at one time?
2. After book marks should my next target be article submit from the drop down menu?
3. Not sure in what order or steps to follow when starting work on a new site with magic submitter.
I really wish they would delete all those old videos they have on there site and make some new ones. All that old information gets you confused when starting out.
