Google Penquin Backlink Building?

Hello Everyone,
I have been told that with the new Google algorithm Penguin you would want to do your backlinks for keyword phrases you want to rank for like the example below...
If I want to optimize for the keyword: Warrior forum
I would use the following scheme:

Warrior forum
Warrior forum
Warrior forum
warriorforum threads
Warrior
forum
Click here
http://www.warriorforum.com
http://www.warriorforum.com
http://www.warriorforum.com

I want to know if this is true and also if varying my keyword anchor text is true and a good thing to do also?

    I see no one has replied can someone please let me know if I am on the right track to doing backlinks with the new penguin algorithm?

      Thanks for that article I got a lot over it and I have come to the conclusion that I am going to have to revamp my whole backlinking strategy for my clients to conform to what the new Google algorithm wants and will be doing this next week.
