      Hello itfactory
      I sow many SEO guides but i find most of the things similar in all the sites. You please try to keep the information which is not unique as all.
      It will be helpful to SEO learners if you mention all the Tasks that can be performed by an SEO expert for promoting the site and Also mention the result for the Specific task.. I mean if you say about Social Bookmarking then Inform how this Social Bookmarking Promotes the Site..

    Biggest issue is the google bouncing around all the time.

    My site is one of the oldest ones in the niche. I update it weekly. But it bounces from #2 position to 2nd page. (it has stayed on #2 postiion for a while now though so I am happy.)

      I have this one as well, but there is nothing you can do... it's just Google playing... they want to stay in control of their own game.

    IMO without a doubt the most difficult SEO challenge for any site is building a balanced, diverse backlink profile.

    Link building IMO requires marketing and sales skills, not technical skills. Yet 99% of the SEOs out there are technical in nature and only go about link building from a technical perspective.

    Technical SEOs are always looking for ways to get links which is under their full control like spamming forums with signature links or blog commenting or using some automated tool to build links like directory submission tools, tools that reword articles and submit to various article submission sites, etc. They are not likely to look for companies where synergies exist and get on the phone with them to get a link.

    Markteting SEOs use marketing/sales skills to get quality one-way links from more relevant websites by convincing those website owners that linking to your site provides their users real benefits while not canabilizing their traffic.

    biggest challenge i find is educating potential clients, still they dont understand the return of investment when it comes to search engine optimization or internet marketing for their business, they still think that typing in their business name in google and seeing it at the top of google is good enough to get them traffic and make money from the website....

    additionally they can spend 100s of thousands of dollars on a website thats not optimized, it looks great - but if no one can find it.... i rest my case
