Panda Slaps what will work?

Hi,

As a noob, I will discuss with you about my strategy after all the google updates and panda slapes or whatsever.What I should do or what should I avoid?
Google slaps mini sites, google slaps bigger sites, but what would google
look today?

We talk here about to make to make
a good income around 3-5000$ every month in the internet business.

What does google will be at all?
What must I notice to build an longtime stable online business?
Here and there, today and tomorrow,google says this,another day this...
Google does not say; I need bigger sites who has 100 pages, or I need only sites who has max.500 words unique content on every pages.
Or; I dont like amazon,affiliate sites, or whatsever, all this you don't find in google TOS.

What is google looking today?

Is ist dangerous to build small concentrate mini niche sites who have only 1,3 or 5 pages with long product review, long content about 800-1200 words?

Or is it dangerous to make adsense micro sites, pages who have only max. 200-300 words on content?

Or is it dangerous to build up many thin affiliate sites -amazon or affiliate products, like the mini site example above?

Does a site must have many pages,like 30,50 100s?????
Or does a site must have many long written unique content, lets say 800 words on every page?
What types of backlinks are needed to get a fast and stable ranking? Fiverr gigs? Only a few social bookmark links for every page I build? Linkwheels, tier backlinks?

Or whatsever?

Which google rules are should I follow- to must have daily fear about that google will deindex or slap me overnight?

Please discuss with me I'm happy to hear about or get some good tips from the grurus here.

    google update, penguin,panda ...where is there the different?
    What is coming next- leopard,leon,cat,grizzly bear slap or what?

    No I have no a warning from google,I will build a longtime stable online business, so that I must not afraid of that google can kick me overnight.

    I think nobody knows that exactly what panda or penguin is. Does google like snall mini
    affiliate sites who has only3-5 pages each page with over 1000 word of content?
    Does google like bigger sites with over 30 pages or more???

    Or what reasons are there still that google kickout sites from the index?
    Google loves quality sites- but what is a quality site?
    Does google definine what a quality site is?

    There are many marketers here who make big bucks only with one mini page with high ticket items, they are not kick out.

    So that I be a little confused what type of online business I should build.
    Mini affiliate sites (affiliate or amazon products) with only 3-5 pages and each page 800-1000 words of content.

    Or bigger sites with 10-20 pages, each page with 400-500 words of content?
    I don't will build a list, promote amazon or affiliate products only.

    What is better?
    Some marketer says avoid all of them, they have hobby sites (what does it mean?) and promote affiliate products only trough forum marketing, they be avoid from google analytics, adsense,and google search engine traffic and say they have better conversions as their sites who has traffic from the google search engine.

    What is best to build an high income longtime stable online business without be afraid of google kicking?
