Can I visit my website with adsense ads placed on it?

I created a website and placed adsense ads on it. Can I visit my website from the same ip address as i created the adsense account?

    I also get like a penny or two when I'm heavily re-designing my site so I refresh the page like 200 times a day.

    I'm guessing it's due to impressions from image based ads. Those pennies disappear at the end of the day or sometimes they don't. It's nothing to be worried about.
