Anyone got some adsense sites they want to sell? Earning about $200-$400 a month please.

Hey I've got two clients both with a budget of about $1500 looking to purchase two or more sites earning a total of about $200-$400 a month.

Must provide analytics and proof of earnings, would like to see sites that have been earning steadily for a couple of months.
Clients would like the income to be mainly adsense and/or clickbank but are open to sites that sell inventory either via drop shipping or self shipping.

If anyone has some sites that match that they want to sell then PM me or email me directly at cyprianrc@gmail.com and we can close the deal out. They are pretty eager to buy just want to find the right type of site for them. Mainly want it hands off as possible.

You want all the keywords, traffic numbers, & earnings reports?

Would you like that gift wrapped?

At Flippa it's not more then normal to provide Analytic reports, you act like it's something uncommon while it's a standard procedure to ask for these details.

To the other poster: $1500 for a site that brings in $200/month is a bit on the low end but also nothing crazy, most sales go for 8-10* monthly

@OP: You'll find plenty of deals on Flippa, you might have to increase your budget a little bit to $2000,- and then I'm sure you'll find something, analytic reports and all will be provided.

        You can't be serious,

Just because people get ripped off on flippa doesn't make it a smart move to give away keywords, exact traffic numbers, earnings data.

        Save that junk for DP.

BTW, OP posted this exact same copy/paste thread on DP.

I wouldn't buy a website without exact figures, which includes analytics reports, I know the big shots in the website trade business won't buy a site without this data either. So yes I am definitely serious. When I want to sell or buy a real business I also want to look into the books. Surprised?

Obvious I understand that there are people who will abuse it but that's the risk when selling, simple as that.

You have no idea how many people I get on my Skype who want to know every single detail about the links that I build and how I approach it some turn into huge clients, others you never hear from again (or they don't like my approach or they were just leeching a free 1-on-1 coaching). Just part of the business.

I wouldn't buy anything without the data either, but there has to be some trust established before that data was seen by anyone else, especially with a website, it's just too vulnerable.

I would tell them what I have, then they decide If their interested, they put up some earnest money (escrow[.]com, etc..) & move forward with the sell + data.

This way you weed out the tire kickers from wasting your time.

I agree with Yukon, besides I wouldn't sell for min 15 x the monthly revenue

In my experience selling/flipping sites it can take a long time to sell a site for 15x's revenue. You may end up listing it for weeks/months before it actually sells and cut down on your profit margin.

If its a site/niche you can rinse and repeat its good to sell them with no reserve or a low BIN for a quick return and then put up another site and get that earning.

I've had sites that have grossed $1000's in a few weeks but its harder to sell them for double or triple, you can, but its a longer process. If you have the advertising for that niche on lock then you can always put up a new site.

Yes I did post on Digital Point as well as some other forums, its not smart to just rely on warrior forum when I'm looking for potential sites fast so I can get it to him and his partner and close a sale.

Say what you want about Digital Point, there have been times where I was ripped off, but I've also made a lot of good partnerships on there and found great workers to outsource to for cheap.

How is going to sell a passive income site that earns $2,400 - $4,800 a year for $1500?

An adsense site that is making that amount would sell for a lot more than that. If you want to purchase an Adsense site then you should expect to pay the monthly revenue times 12-18 and sometimes even 24.

Do this maths yourself mate as nobody is going to hand you this stuff on a plate and for you to have 'clients' that are on this understanding with you i find it hard to believe as they are defiantly not very skilled entrepreneur

    Best of luck though

The problem here is a stranger is asking for this information. When I sold my site on flippa I gave my GA and screen shot of adsense with all important info blacked out. When I knew I had serious buyers I did a skype meeting with them, talked to them for a bit, checked their seller history etc. Then I shared my screen and showed them the info. No way I would do this for just anyone.

I think the problem is trying to buy a site (let alone ask for all the site's information) on a forum about SEO strategy.

Didn't expect the thread to be so lively. No I'm not trying to steal niches or anything like that. Its a client that was trying to purchase a similar site a few weeks back, the ones I provided for him weren't really what he was looking for, he just contacted me again looking for more and also said he had a partner looking for some as well.

The sites don't have to be hands off completely or earning as much thats just what they are looking for and the price is negotiable. He is an ebay seller so as stated he doesn't mind something that sells inventory, it doesn't have to be adsense/affiliate, but he wants it as hands off as possible in terms of managing so he can just put some more advertising behind it.

Thanks for all those that already sent PM's I've replied. If anyone has a site they are looking to sell that is along the lines of what he wants then PM me.

Also I'm not looking for extensive proof, the same type of proof anyone would provide on a flippa auction is needed. I sell sites on flippa as well and I wouldn't purchase if analytics weren't verified and adsense wasn't verified and I don't expect my clients to either.

Not only did the client come to me after purchasing a site from flippa in which the person left him hanging, but in searching for a site for him I also have gotten several replies that were obviously fake sites with seemingly fake screenshots of traffic/revenue earnings.

If you have a trustworthy site that you are looking to sell I don't see why you wouldn't want to show proof that it earns so you can sell it. I do with my sites.

I've even been willing to let potential clients log into email accounts/paypal accounts to verify earnings and things for themselves during negotiations.

No need to be paranoid, just looking for a good site to sell to him thats all.
