What resources should I get? need input

Hi guys,

I am running quite a few websites on different niches.

I have resources to hire people who get to do different tasks.

I would like to know though, if you were in my shoes, what kind of
people would you hire to get everything done and have all SEO aspects covered.

If you have also other input on other resources I can benefit from, feel free.

I would really appreciate it if you guys can give me some ideas.

    This is a very personal desicion, it depends completely on your budget, strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes.

    Personally I am bad and slow at content writing, it is a chore to me so I outsource it.

    Before outsourcing I always trial 4 candidates for each task and split test the results to find a candidate exactly suited and capable of the task.
