Hi Everyone

I have a website ipad-singapore-dot-com with adsense. I get about 1,000 pageviews a day, and about 600-700 unique visitors.

Usually, I get about 6 clicks a day, which relates to a CTR of about 0.35%. I've been reading and many people says the average CTR is about 2-3%. Some people even get 5% or higher CTR.

Would really appreciate if you guys could take a look at my site, and let me know how I can further boost the adsense clicks, without changing the existing wordpress them.

Try putting the ads in your content instead of in the sidebar and see if the CTR improves. Try putting at the top of the article or to the left/right of the first paragraph and also another one at the end of the article.

Could be worse, I have had 1,000 pageviews and only one click haha. Best way to increase CTR is to move your ads around

thanks both for the replies.. any other ways? Generally, are image ads better, or text ads better? any suggestions?

  Text ads can do very well. Especially those that are in-content.
  
  You can set them in your Adsense account to both text ads and image ads. But you may want to test each to see which one works best for you.

After reviewing your site properly, hope you don't mind me giving some important suggestions.

1) Privacy Policy Page - Seems to be missing from your site. It is part of Adsense's TOS to have a privacy policy. I have personally seen people's Adsense account get banned because of this. You may want to visit: Google Adsense Privacy Policy Generator - Create a Privacy Policy Adsense

2) Adsense Content Units - The maximum is 3 for Adsense content units. There seems to be more than 3 on your site. You may want to read Adsense's ad placement policy to be sure: https://support.google.com/adsense/b...limit_per_page

Remember that posting your ads below or above the content (or in the middle! <> your choice!) will work better, because when people visit your blog they see ONLY 1 article, not the whole home page and they would be interested in the ARTICLE, not what they see in the sidebar, so this would be more effective!
