Is this an adsense ad?

One of my adsense ad spaces is displaying a square with the words "searches related to "my site name" and a list of keywords related to my site under it. When my site is first brought up, a regular text adsense ad flashes on, then is quickly replaced with this other one. Would this be an adsense ad or something else taking over the space? It does not say "ad choices" on it like my other ones do.
