Talented SEO needed to Boost PR

I am looking for more work to be done to my website Syntek Global MLM Business Opportunity,Make Money by Capitalizing on Rising Gas Prices , I want to boost the site from page rank 1 to pr 3-5. I want to target a variety of keywords and high from page. I am already high ranked and hold #1 spot for most keywords in my niche however there are additional areas I want to target. currently I have 7000+ backlinks and get 100 visitors a day. I want to move from 100 to 1000 visitors daily and up to PR5.

diversification of high PR backlinks is very important to me now... Is there anyone who has a good SEO service to offer?

    However, if you want to have PR hit me up with the pages and your budget.
