Which of the two is better? Ease of use? Easiest to outsource work for?

Obviously using to help my SEO and backlinks... Any other advantages for one over the other??

They are two different things, as Magic Submitter is all in one seo tool like it has web2.0, blogs, directories, wiki, wordpress, etc.. But UAW can only submit your content to wordpress blogs that are one type of backlinks. Also it depends on your needs.

You can't compare the two-UAW and Magic Submitter are completely different tools.

If you cancel Your subscription with Magic Submitter do you lose your back links as you do with UAW?

  No bro, magic submitter is a posting software that automate content posting to free web 2.0 sites etc. while UAW posts to its network sites, so you don't lookse links if you unsubscribe from magic submitter

uaw is no good google has them mapped out. ms is the best you will need to know how to use it but it is amazing go with magic submitter.
