What is the simplest way to find out if a page is indexed - without doing a site:domainname search in Google? If you have a lot of pages on your site (say 500), and do a site:domainname search, there are too many items to sort through to see if something you posted recently has been indexed. And you may have posted 20 pages. So sorting through manually is too time consuming by far.

There must be a better way. e.g. Can Scrapebox do it? Insert a list of urls and it scans to see if they are indexed?

Thanks

    Type in this:

with the quotes around it. If you leave out "URL2Check," it will show you every single page on your site that's indexed, in no particular order.

I do a simple Google search with the page url. If your page already indexed you will be able to see it in the search result if not it won't show at all.

OP, if you can get the urls of all your website's pages, you can paste them into scrapebox and check for indexed in either google or bing, using the controls on the right.

    hope this helps.

When you are using the domain name without site operator you are actually going to get some backlinks to the page with indexed pages of the site. I would recommend you search using intext or intitle operators. Lets say your website is an article directory. You posted 20 articles on 20 different pages recently. Now title of article one is "yourdomain-delicious icecreams". Search in google using

    intitle:yourdomain-delicious icecreams

Also you can pick some texts of the site and quote it and then search using google.

Also you can use intext operator. Pick 1 sentence of the page then search it using intext operator.

intext:"What is the simplest way to find out if a page is indexed"

There are plenty of different ways. These are just few.
