Sounds like someone trying to get traffic to a site - but not knowing how to list the site. But if he did, he'd be promoting.

Maybe he should read the rules here before making a first post like this.

All knowledge should be free? Oh please, get a grip!

That's a great idea. Good luck with it.

One thing about information being free...

When people pay for information they feel like they are getting quality (or should at least), they should feel that the information is solid and coming from people who know what they are talking about.

As a seller of information, if you spend years investing your time and energy learning the ins and outs of an industry, becoming an expert, surely you have the right to pass on the benefits of your hard work -- and be rewarded for it, if you're saving customers from having to endure the same task.

Knowledge is free. It is yours, in your mind, whatever you have taken the time to accept, aquire, assimilate, and learn. We are all exposed to many things we don't take the time or make the effort to turn into knowledge.

If you do become knowledgable, and develop ways to share your knowledge, you are certainly free to charge for it, or give it away. The world wouldn't function without each of us giving, sharing, and helping others. Unfortunately, it seems many don't value things as much if they haven't worked for it or paid for it.

But please, if you do develop a product from the knowledge you have obtained, feel free to give it away... just don't expect it from everyone else all the time... we all have bills to pay!

People don't pay you for knowledge...they compensate you... value for time spent in research and presentation. Only you can choose who to charge for it and who to share it with freely. I personally share with those I know, who I believe have the same goals and commonality I do.
Most of us come in contact with about 500 people who are on our list of direct contacts (excluding social media ..LOL). Those are the ones who I share with freely. The other 6+ billion are my customers...they pay! Just my way of doing things...nice post...discussion is a great stimulator.

You should be free to give away all the knowledge you want as long as it does not infringe on the rights of other individuals. But to compel others to "give" their knowledge is outright theft and one of the most dangerous ideas the world has ever known.

The central concept of this idea is forced collectivism and has lead to the slaughter of hundreds of millions of innocent people. Your "progressive" ideology is not suitable for a forum about Internet Marketing, please take it elsewhere!

I don't thing you will have to worry about anyone trying to get you to pay; you see it takes money to buy things.

Wisdom comes from experience; you ain't there yet.

Back in the 1960's there were some folks like you that thought all things that you want should come to you without you having to work. They were called hippies.

I believe these are the same people now wearing suits and ties and taking bonuses from the bailout money.

On second thought, you may have a great future. Keep us posted.
