Penguin Penalty - Change Page Title

Hi Guys,

We have just received our 3rd reply to our reconsideration request which states that we still have bad links.

I noticed somewhere else that if you change a few on-page titles and <h1> tags that you get a boost in rankings...

I have now changed our page title and we have jumped from page 11 to page 6...

Has anyone else noticed this?
