BING taking off their ranking API

I don't know if you aware about it, but seo software and tools are using free api that allows them to review search results and page ranking.
starting from August 1st Bing will block all the free api's and start to charge crazy sum of money for it, so it wont be worthwhile for the tools/soft. to provide the service.
this will be a nice test for the soft./tools companies professionalism ....
